It is such an honor to write this testimonial for Mike and Rose Foggotte of Coastal Sands Realty.
Before I tell my story….I just need to express my eternal gratitude for all Mike and Rose have done for my family. I have never experienced such a closeness and family like feeling during a transaction of this nature. The Foggotte’s went above and beyond to satisfy me and make coming to our new home for the first time a pleasure!
I found Coastal Sands Realty on the web back in April 2010 once we contacted them; I received an immediate response from Mike and Rose Foggotte. I explained to Mike what we were looking for and he followed up with searches which met our criteria.
Living in New York and trying to look at real estate agent hundreds of miles away can be a bit challenging but Mike and Rose Foggotte simplified that process and made it extremely smooth for us. When we finally were able to make a trip to South Carolina to check out their findings, Mike showed us exactly what we asked to see while applying no pressure. Mike and Rose were in contact every step of the way from searching through closing on our vacation home. Their quick response to questions via phone calls and/or e-mails and resources were highly commendable.

As a young family from Canada , we've been visiting Myrtle Beach yearly for a couple of years now. Though this isn't a long time, it was long enough for us to figure out that we loved the area/beach/attractions and people. When we are not there, we really miss it.
